Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable fast-paced tech environment.
- Robust quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills.
- SQL proficiency.
- Proven track record of synthesizing data from multiple channels to generate strategic business insights.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- PowerPoint expertise.
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to execute independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to rigorous quality assurance.
- Competency in utilizing AI tools to optimize and accelerate analytical processes.
- Genuine interest in the home services sector, marketplaces, and product-centric organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for multiple lines of business, including forecasting, profitability assessments, and ROI analyses.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and maintain regular leadership reporting.
- Design and manage partner payment reconciliation processes and operationalize hand-offs to Accounting.
- Identify and solve inefficiencies in existing reporting and financial processes to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives.
