Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in global commercial training, sales enablement, or sales/FAS/marketing roles within life sciences/biotech.
Strong understanding of life sciences tools, diagnostics, or proteomics/genomics markets.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for technical audiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
High level of organization and project management discipline.
Collaborative and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting high-growth biotech organizations (preferred).
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (preferred).
Background in selling into pharma, biotech, and academic research customers (preferred).

Design and implement a comprehensive commercial training strategy aligned with Alamar’s growth objectives.
Build structured onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, FAS, and commercial roles.
Develop ongoing training curricula including product knowledge, scientific fluency, and sales skills.
Create high-quality training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and playbooks.
Deliver live and virtual training sessions for onboarding, product launches, and regional workshops.
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and provide field support through ride-alongs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Define and track KPIs such as ramp time and win rates to evaluate training effectiveness.
