Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage rapid change.
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Intellectual curiosity to question the obvious and explore alternatives.
Responsibilities
- Influence, manage, and own process management activities required of Shopping including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, audit activities, etc.
- Serve as well-managed lead for Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance.
- Support Shopping’s well-managed agenda by leading risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk.
- Document risks, results, and issues and work with internal partners on remediation plans.
- Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
- Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners.
- Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings.
- Collaborate with Shopping team to advise on risk, process, and data management requirements and process for new intent, initiatives, and Enterprise requests.
