Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT and enterprise technology.
- 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional technology programs.
- Experience overseeing core IT platforms including identity management, endpoint management, and IT service management.
- Proven record of deploying AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation in production environments.
- Demonstrated success using low-code, no-code, or integration technologies to automate business processes.
- Experience governing internal enterprise applications like HRIS, ERP, and finance systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, workflow orchestration, data flows, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience partnering with security teams to maintain secure onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
- Ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and licensing.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technology strategy and tradeoffs to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for corporate IT, integrations, automation, and AI.
- Deliver a secure, reliable, and frictionless employee technology experience.
- Partner with company leaders to improve business processes and identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled tools, agents, and self-service capabilities.
- Manage core IT platforms including identity management, Google Workspace, and endpoint management.
- Govern enterprise applications such as HR, finance, and procurement systems.
- Partner with security teams to enforce access controls and support audits.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, licensing, and performance metrics.
