Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related discipline, including significant leadership experience.
  • Experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, bookings, quota attainment, territory planning, and funnel conversion.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reporting, including hands-on work in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Salesforce, or advanced spreadsheets.
  • Strong Salesforce fluency, including opportunity data, forecast processes, field governance, and reporting.
  • Experience creating KPI frameworks, SOPs, reporting governance, and change-management plans.
  • Proven success leading transformation or build programs from current-state assessment through implementation.
  • Strong analytical and financial fluency, with the ability to connect operating metrics to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to turn complex data into a concise narrative.
  • Practical experience using automation and AI to improve reporting, analysis, or workflow execution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal review, bookings management, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with Sales leaders and managers to improve pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Own the Storage Sales reporting roadmap and build the dashboards needed to run the business at all levels.
  • Establish clear KPI definitions, data governance, and reporting consistency across Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Lead the operational response to bookings accuracy, including definitions and process controls for various sales scenarios.
  • Partner with Finance on forecast validation, bookings reconciliation, and shared metric definitions.
  • Evaluate automation and AI opportunities that improve reporting, analysis, and decision speed.
  • Manage the Storage Sales Operations portfolio, prioritizing work based on revenue impact and available capacity.
