Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience building full-stack applications using modern front-end (React, Next.js) and back-end (FastAPI, Node.js) technologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex, data-driven applications that integrate with APIs and asynchronous job systems.
- Strong command of component-based design, state management, and visualization frameworks (e.g., React Query, Redux, D3, Plotly).
- Expertise in developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs, authentication, and event-driven workflows.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with security best practices for handling sensitive data.
- Ability to collaborate closely with ML engineers and domain experts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale the web platform for analyzing drug assets from discovery through valuation.
- Develop intuitive, data-rich interfaces using frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Implement robust backend services and job orchestration layers using FastAPI, Node, or similar.
- Create dynamic visualizations for scientific and risk analyses generated by ML pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable APIs to integrate LLM orchestration with platform services.
- Deploy and monitor platform services on AWS, ensuring high availability and secure data handling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate scientific and business logic into high-impact user workflows.
