- Lead the technical side of client onboarding and deployment, from discovery and scoping through go-live and expansion.
- Integrate the platform with client systems and data, including databases, data rooms, document repositories, licensed datasets, and identity providers.
- Build production-standard client-specific workflows, configurations, models, and extensions on the AWS-based platform.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, extraction, scenario and risk modeling to client-specific questions, and evaluate the accuracy and defensibility of outputs.
- Partner with the data team to onboard client and third-party data sources and establish provenance and quality standards.
- Build evaluations and guardrails for client use cases.
- Bring field patterns, gaps, and requests to engineering and product, and turn repeated solutions into reusable components and platform features.
- Act as the technical point of contact for client accounts and support pre-sales technical discovery, pilots, and proofs of value.
