Requirements
- Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralised infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture of blockchain networks and Web3 infrastructure.
- Proven experience in business development, ecosystem development, or strategic partnerships.
- Evidence of building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, or network activity.
- Experience in Open-source protocols.
- Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
- Builder mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Logos’ business development and partnership strategy.
- Build a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities including L1s, L2s, wallets, and infrastructure providers.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two BD contributors.
- Identify opportunities for technical integrations and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent Logos in substantive technical conversations with founders and protocol leads.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and communications teams to inform ecosystem priorities.
- Own BD performance metrics and execute negotiations through to implementation.
