Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crime, identity, trust and safety, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a senior fraud leadership or practitioner role within a bank, lender, payments company, fintech, or other regulated financial-services organization.
  • Deep understanding of fraud operations, risk decisioning, identity, investigations, or financial-crime processes.
  • Experience designing, managing, or improving fraud workflows and operating models.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of how fraud teams evaluate, implement, and operationalize technology solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex fraud and technical concepts for executive, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort operating in a consultative, customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
  • Deep curiosity about evolving fraud tactics, identity risk, and the broader risk landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a fraud subject-matter expert in conversations with prospective customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial-crime executives.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ fraud strategies, workflows, pain points, and priorities.
  • Advise prospects on how to incorporate SentiLink’s products into their operational and technology environments.
  • Translate customer needs into clear recommendations for product configuration, workflow design, implementation, and change management.
  • Support sales engagements, executive briefings, workshops, demonstrations, and responses to complex customer questions.
  • Partner with Sales to develop compelling, credible, and outcome-oriented customer narratives.
  • Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities and solution design.
  • Help establish best practices for fraud prevention, identity verification, risk management, and financial-crime operations.
  • Represent SentiLink at industry events, customer meetings, and other external forums.
  • Track emerging fraud patterns, attack techniques, regulatory developments, and industry practices.
