Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA.
- Previous strategy experience in a healthcare or management consulting organization.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Experience leading complex, strategic initiatives in a large matrixed organization.
- Superior problem-solving skills with ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Experience leveraging consumer insights to design and implement new products, services, or solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting at an executive level.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to lead through ambiguity.
- Self-provided internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and operational product manager for projects, consumer segments, and innovative pilots.
- Manage analyses and workstreams including Marketing, Sales, Digital, and other go-to-market efforts.
- Conduct industry and market analysis related to growth and competition to inform product strategy.
- Create and own the development of executive-level presentations and communications.
- Explore innovative pilots and deepen insights through quantitative and qualitative consumer research.
- Develop MA product framework to provide leaders with portfolio and plan-level performance analysis.
