Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of progressive experience developing program or product strategy.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design, persona development, and onboarding best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with senior business leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable execution plans.
- Expertise in program acceleration, risk mitigation, and managing cross-functional interdependencies.
- Superior analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into insights using Microsoft Excel.
- MBA, MPH, or other graduate degree is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare transformation or customer lifecycle programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS regulations and digital health ecosystems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic program and product leader for the consumer onboarding transformation.
- Partner with strategy and consumer research teams to develop hypotheses and identify onboarding opportunities.
- Develop member personas and segmentation strategies to guide onboarding priorities.
- Design measurement strategies, including KPIs, pilot evaluations, and executive reporting.
- Size strategic opportunities and evaluate business value and alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Collaborate with execution partners to create cohesive implementation plans and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Prepare executive communications, progress updates, and recommendations for senior leadership.
