- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and moderating skills.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and life science industries.
- Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to work in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships by understanding issues, providing solutions, and managing daily queries.
- Support business strategy through research, analysis, and project planning.
- Deliver strategic insights and solutions to drive growth and innovation.
- Analyze market trends, business models, R&D strategy, and access barriers.
- Lead the development of medical affairs asset and organizational strategy.
- Manage workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to white papers, industry reports, and client presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for senior medical affairs and cross-functional leaders.
