Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Clinical.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated clinical research experience.
- Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, maintain and close out project files and study information including KPIs, regulatory documents, TMF, enrollment, AEs/SAEs, and protocol deviations.
- Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports including invoices and investigator payments.
- Lead internal and external meetings, preparing and distributing minutes and action items.
- Record and assess KPIs in assigned systems and communicate results to the Project Leader.
- Ensure all study documents are archived according to guidelines and policy.
- Serve as project representative for internal and external audits and support quality assurance activities.
- Act as primary customer contact during Project Leader absences.
