Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear and/or apparel merchandising.
- Preferred experience within wholesale merchandising and planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, retail math, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical and business acumen to assess marketplace trends.
- Demonstrated leadership in building compelling product assortments.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to travel 15-20% annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets seasonally for US Wholesale.
- Develop and execute US Wholesale assortments aligned with brand strategies and financial targets.
- Collaborate with regional merchandising and cross-functional partners to ensure innovative product execution.
- Present merchandise strategies and goals to inform inventory targets and top-down objectives.
- Deliver presentations during GTM milestone meetings, QBRs, and MBRs.
- Partner with Merchandise Planning and Marketing to ensure accurate demand plans and forecasts.
- Identify in-season opportunities by analyzing retail metrics and developing growth plans.
