Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated Product Owner or Product Manager experience
- Experience managing and prioritizing a complex product backlog in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience partnering with and directing the work of Business Analysts
- Proficiency with Jira or comparable Agile backlog management tools
- Ability to interpret SQL query results
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to fulfill product roadmap expectations
- Execute voice of the clients and stakeholders processes to define critical software requirements
- Actively participate in managing and prioritizing the product's development backlog
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure the development team understands product building requirements
- Perform QA testing and confirm products meet acceptance criteria
- Validate working software with clients
