Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting Application Programming Interface (APIs), system integrations, and/or data exchange.
- In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading large teams and managing 7+ projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) or similar federal agency.
- Understanding of CMS Section 508 compliance requirements.
- Candidate must have resided in the U.S. 3 out of the last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing enterprise features, enhancements, new products, and tools based on business value.
- Act as the voice of the customer and key liaison between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce developers.
- Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, testers and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Synthesize user needs, policy constraints, and technical considerations for CMS leadership.
