Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Ability to read and write PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for data support.
- Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong ability to analyze technical processes and document complex data/reporting projects.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to obtain a public trust (NACI/T1) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems.
- Serve as a lead analyst providing expertise on continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management.
- Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
- Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost-benefit, and process measurement analysis.
- Participate as an instrumental player in a SAFe scrum team throughout the software implementation life cycle.
- Support the Unified Case Management (UCM) application by performing requirement analysis and providing accurate estimates to reduce risk.
- Coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals and serve as a team or task lead as needed.
