Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product ownership, technical account management, partner integrations, systems analysis, or product delivery.
- Experience supporting external partner integrations, enrollment platforms, vendor-supported systems, APIs, or data exchanges.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices including backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Ability to translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
- Experience managing escalations, production issues, and operational support workflows.
- Proven ability to coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile backlog and workflow management tools.
- Knowledge of health insurance operations, ACA marketplace processes, or broker distribution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Must have high-speed cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as business owner and Agile Product Owner for multiple integrated partner solutions, including enrollment platforms and distribution channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal business, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Translate business objectives and regulatory needs into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the backlog for partner-impacting initiatives, ensuring work is prioritized and refined for Agile delivery teams.
- Lead partner implementation readiness, including requirements validation, testing, and go-to-market planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain execution momentum.
- Manage post-launch support, monitoring performance and triaging issues to ensure production stability.
- Evaluate workflows and broker usability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
