Requirements
- 4–5 years of HR, compliance, or related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of data privacy and export control regulations strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process deemed export compliance activities, including reviewing forms for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
- Act as back up for other HR compliance programs including background checks, and global right to work.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather data and support export license requests, maintaining documentation and ensuring timely submissions.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, and external vendors to interpret and meet government and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain clear internal guidelines, policies, and communications for compliance programs.
- Coordinate and maintain reporting in accordance with established deadlines and requirements.
- Track and manage government contract clearances and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Stay informed on applicable regulations globally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
