Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, business operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to explain data and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized approach to managing recurring and ad hoc requests
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring business and operational reports
- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources
- Build and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting materials
- Monitor reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies
- Analyse trends and changes in key business metrics
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements
- Document reporting processes, definitions, and data sources
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issues
