Requirements
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience across various industries and roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and customer-facing positions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and web-based assessment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and professional work ethics.
- Personal laptop or desktop computer with a backup device.
- Noise-cancelling headset for interviews and meetings.
- Stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for various industries and skill-sets from sourcing to onboarding.
- Evaluate client requirements and assess candidate profiles for competency and culture fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to define efficient hiring processes and strategies.
- Prepare and maintain weekly management reports.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires and facilitate meetings with clients.
- Perform passive recruitment for niche roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage a talent pool while identifying skill-based opportunities.
