Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical Workday development experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday platform integration capabilities.
- Proven experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, and APIs.
- Strong technical understanding of integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and execute development tasks independently.
- Active Workday Creating and Securing Integrations certification.
- Active Workday Studio certification.
- Active Workday Reporting certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and APIs.
- Participate in discovery and technical design activities by documenting interface requirements and data mappings.
- Build and maintain XML/XSLT transformations, validation logic, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, investigate transmission and authentication failures, and remediate technical defects.
- Support functional teams during data conversion cycles by executing technical loads and validating results.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, mappings, and test evidence.
- Collaborate with technical leads, functional teams, and third-party vendors to resolve integration dependencies and troubleshoot issues.
