Requirements
- 5+ years of technical Workday implementation experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical workstreams.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integration security.
- Strong capabilities in XSLT, XML, error-handling, reconciliation, and data-transformation.
- Experience producing technical architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
- Active Workday Creating and Securing Integrations, Workday Studio, and Workday Reporting certifications.
- Familiarity with financial services platforms (e.g., subledgers, treasury, payroll) is strongly preferred.
- Workday Extend certification or substantive experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in discovery workshops with client project teams and stakeholders to document technical requirements.
- Advise on integration strategy and develop technical architecture diagrams, interface inventories, and end-to-end data flows.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and stabilization of secure Workday integrations.
- Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design scalable technical pipelines to ingest and distribute data across enterprise platforms.
- Establish standards for technical governance, including error handling, security, and performance tuning.
- Develop relationships with client CTO organizations and communicate architecture decisions and risks.
- Produce and maintain technical design documents, deployment plans, and support documentation.
