Requirements
- 3–5 years of technical Workday development experience.
- Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, and API mechanics.
- Strong understanding of integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and independently execute assigned development tasks.
- Active Workday Creating and Securing Integrations certification.
- Active Workday Studio certification.
- Active Workday Reporting certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and APIs based on approved technical specifications.
- Participate in discovery and technical design sessions, document interface requirements, data mappings, dependencies, and technical decisions.
- Develop and maintain XML/XSLT transformations, validation logic, error handling, and file-format conversions.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot transmission and authentication failures, and support defect remediation.
- Support functional teams during conversion cycles by preparing and executing technical loads and validating results.
- Build and support Workday reports and calculated fields for integrations and operational reporting.
- Maintain technical documentation including specifications, mappings, test evidence, and deployment steps.
- Work with technical leads, functional teams, and vendors to resolve integration dependencies and delivery issues.
