Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Experience with coordination or field exposure supporting construction or site activities.
- Familiarity with clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform introductory calculations and product evaluations with guidance.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models, drawings, and construction documentation with increasing independence.
- Support engineers by preparing design calculations, specifications, and product research.
- Maintain model health, including managing links, worksets, view templates, and organization.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to resolve modeling conflicts and support coordination efforts.
- Manage daily task load and documentation using Asana and GitHub.
- Perform site visits for existing conditions verification and document findings.
- Identify coordination risks and communicate status updates effectively in team meetings.
