Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in VDC, BIM coordination, construction, or engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit (models, views, families, documentation).
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software platforms.
- 4+ years of experience required for Lead roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for Lead roles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams to support VDC and BIM project objectives.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D models according to project requirements and company standards.
- Assist with model coordination, including model reviews, clash detection, and issue tracking.
- Perform model quality control reviews to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
- Support field construction coordination and constructability reviews.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues in Revit and Navisworks.
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing on BIM standards and workflows.
