Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience in technical account management, cybersecurity consulting or related roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and anti-malware tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Industry Certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical liaison for Stellar Cyber’s assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of clients’ cybersecurity environments, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending best practices.
- Lead the implementation process, including solution configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring a seamless deployment experience.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance, advice, and training to clients, assisting them in optimizing their use of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Proactively monitor clients’ systems for performance issues, security vulnerabilities and emerging threats and take appropriate actions to address any concerns.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute long-term cybersecurity strategies, aligning their goals with our products’ capabilities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies, sharing insights and knowledge with both clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support, training, and relationship building activities.
