Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on GRC experience with buyer-side depth.
- Experience building, running, or transforming multi-framework compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA/HITRUST, PCI DSS 4.0, GDPR, NIST CSF 2.0).
- Working fluency in at least one emerging area such as AI governance, GRC engineering, or enterprise risk.
- Demonstrated customer-facing range with experience engaging CISOs, founders, and procurement teams.
- Production-quality writing skills for scoping docs, playbooks, and customer-facing answers.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with experience using LLM tooling for compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with sales-process literacy (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Strong teaching and presentation skills for large GTM audiences.
- Ability to travel roughly once per quarter for customer onsites and company events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated GRC SME for a book of Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives throughout the full deal lifecycle.
- Scope compliance programs against Vanta's platform and support demos, POCs, workshops, and customer onsites.
- Advise prospects on program architecture including multi-framework strategy, shared controls, and audit sequencing.
- Review and validate AI-agent-generated answers for customer-forwardable quality.
- Design and deliver enablement training for GTM teams, including bootcamps and async curriculum modules.
- Own monthly alignment cadences with sales front-line managers and provide structured product feedback to PM partners.
