Job Details

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
Deep knowledge of the internal audit leader (Chief Audit Executive) role.
In-depth understanding of the Audit function and adjacent functions such as Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
Strong experience in Audit professional practices, including quality assurance, process improvement, and training design.
Proven ability to liaise with external auditors, regulators, and assurance providers.
Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical ability.
Strong verbal communication skills with a proven capacity for public speaking.
Business and financial acumen.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multicultural, matrixed team environment.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged 'must-have insights' content.
Develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategy.
Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable advice.
Deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
Support BTI and Sales teams by serving as a voice of the market to drive client engagement.
Provide high-quality and timely content peer review.
Build credibility as an industry expert and represent Gartner methodology and strategy.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
