Requirements
- 8+ years of experience owning QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems.
- Deep expertise with Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of retail systems and financial/inventory workflows.
- Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders and translating requirements into test scenarios.
- Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
- Hands-on experience testing e-commerce applications (e.g., Shopify, Braintree, Klarna) and CMS systems.
- Strong communication skills for partnering with business leaders.
- Experience coordinating testing activities across onsite and offshore teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodology.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms, including strategy design, test case creation, bug verification, and reporting.
- Serve as the Testing SME for Enterprise Applications, including Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services.
- Establish functional testing approaches for feature and regression testing and manage testing data collection and daily progress status.
- Partner with business leaders and development teams to align on feature functionality and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain organized documentation of test results.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with onsite and off-shore QA team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Lead UAT calls and demonstrate impacts on the Oracle ERP system to business users.
- Write SQL queries to verify data ingestion and downstream application outputs.
- Support testing initiatives for e-commerce platforms, warehouse order processing, and D2C initiatives.
