Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, JD, LLM in Tax, Chartered Tax Advisor, ACA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience across tax, audit, controllership, and statutory reporting.
  • Extensive experience with multinational corporate tax, transfer pricing, indirect taxation, and audit coordination.
  • Demonstrated success leading tax and audit activities across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Experience building scalable processes and governance frameworks in a growing multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ability to manage complex global calendars, deadlines, and multi-country financial operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to executives and audit committees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global tax strategy covering corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT/GST, and international expansion.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive global tax compliance calendar for filings, audits, and regulatory developments.
  • Lead relationships with global tax advisors and statutory audit firms, ensuring high technical standards and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A on tax provisions, cash tax forecasting, and board reporting.
  • Own the global audit governance framework, managing consolidated and statutory audit scope, fees, and timelines.
  • Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting to support sustainable international growth.
