Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products with multi-step workflows and integrations.
- Proven track record of defining work, aligning with stakeholders, and communicating project plans to deliver results.
- Experience in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting.
- Critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
- Ability to travel <10% for strategic customer engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new Strategic (Enterprise) customers.
- Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
- Advise customers on best practices specific to their usage of the software to ensure optimal value.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
- Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes accordingly.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
