Requirements
- 2+ years of recent multi-state experience performing medical licensing application processing.
- Expertise in multi-state medical licensing and fingerprinting processes.
- Expert knowledge of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), Certified Medical Services Management (CPMSM), or CPES (Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in credentialing software and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and act on complex data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary licensure and/or privileges for LifeMD providers.
- Maintain Licensing matrices for all LifeMD providers and markets/states.
- Perform external research and verification of provider licensure, malpractice, education, and credentials.
- Create Primary Source Verification (PSV) reports.
- Assist with the creation of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
- Maintain and update the CAQH Provider System.
- Provide regular follow-up correspondence with state boards regarding licensing matters.
- Facilitate provider onboarding and offboarding in coordination with other departments.
