Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a law programme in Germany, at least in the 5th semester.
- German language proficiency at C2 level.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Demonstrated interest in data protection and GDPR.
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in civil law and IP law.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to documentation and filing.
- Clear and precise writing skills for contract drafting and commenting.
Responsibilities
- Review smaller vendor contracts against standard criteria and manage routine approval processes.
- Categorize vendors and maintain a structured filing system for all agreements.
- Collaborate on data protection tasks, including reviewing DPAs and updating records of processing activities.
- Draft and manage low-level partnership agreements with student associations from draft to signature.
- Support the legal team on civil law and IP matters, including trademark and copyright questions.
- Handle simple B2B cases independently as experience grows.
