Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Steuerfachangestellte/r or equivalent tax/accounting qualification.
- Currently enrolled in a BWL, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree program.
- Practical experience in accounting and tax-related topics gained through vocational training.
- Confident user of digital tools, with strong proficiency in Notion and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structure information clearly.
- Independent, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
- Curious, eager to learn, and able to approach unfamiliar topics proactively.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- German proficiency at C1 level.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the internal Finance knowledge platform in Notion.
- Support the Accounting team with tax-related topics, applying knowledge gained through previous professional training.
- Take ownership of selected tasks within Accounting and Treasury and gradually expand your responsibilities.
- Prepare financial data, documents, and other relevant information for the Finance team.
- Assist with administrative and organizational activities across Finance.
- Improve the structure, accessibility, and digital availability of financial knowledge and processes.
- Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement and digitalization of Finance workflows.
