Requirements
- Current enrollment in a degree program with a focus on Business Administration (BWL), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) for professional communication.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, thorough, and conscientious working style.
- Availability for at least 6 months.
- Ability to commit to up to 20 hours per week.
- Nice-to-have: Previous practical experience in payment, billing, accounting, or customer support.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and error-free allocation of incoming payments in daily operations.
- Handle complex B2B customer payment inquiries and provide solution-oriented support.
- Contribute to the conceptual and technical development of payment and collection management processes.
- Maintain accurate payment data in FinTech and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and B2B teams to resolve open payment cases.
- Support team efforts through regular audits and analysis to improve collection rates and dunning processes.
