Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role.
  • Hands-on comfort with device management tools.
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace admin console, including user and group management.
  • Working understanding of endpoint security concepts like disk encryption and device compliance policies.
  • Strong attention to detail for maintaining audit-ready records and license management.
  • Clear written English skills.
  • Ability to manage concurrent tickets and tasks in a self-directed manner.
  • Experience coordinating across time zones with employees and vendors.
  • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001-style access review processes.
  • Nice to have: Basic scripting skills for automation.
  • Nice to have: Experience in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and de-provision accounts across our SaaS stack for new hires and departures.
  • Manage the full device lifecycle including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, and logistics.
  • Enforce endpoint security policies such as disk encryption and device compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of access logs, serial numbers, and license counts.
  • Execute end-to-end offboarding processes including access revocation and hardware retrieval.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices for IT services and hardware.
  • Provide technical support to employees across time zones.
