Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media or digital marketing.
- Available to start immediately.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Professional proficiency in either Spanish or German is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for social media, creators and digital culture.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify creators that align with client objectives, audience and brand values.
- Coordinate creator outreach via email, social platforms and creator tools.
- Coordinate product gifting and shipment with internal teams and fulfilment partners.
- Monitor campaign timelines and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Track creator deliverables and ensure content is submitted on time.
- Compile campaign reports using performance and engagement data.
- Maintain campaign trackers, budgets and status documents.
