Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.
- Build and own frameworks for managing inter-group outsourcing services, including performance management, risk assessment, and strategic ownership of service execution.
- Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations.
- Design and implement scalable operational controls for vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance.
- Use RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation in workflow and systems design.
