Have 3+ years of experience in event management, client hospitality, or BTL marketing.
Bring a proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for outcomes.
Be able to manage several large projects at once and remain calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
Have experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
Demonstrate strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
Bring a creative eye, strong taste, and close attention to brand consistency.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Have excellent spoken and written English.
Be willing to travel frequently.
Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.

Plan major iGaming exhibitions, including strategy, budgets, booth design and build, on-site delivery, and post-event review.
Negotiate with event organisers, agencies, and suppliers, and manage delivery within budget.
Plan and produce Playson&Friends parties for partners.
Design and deliver high-end experiences for small groups of key clients.
Manage event concepts, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing, and guest experience.
Work with Account Managers to develop branded and themed client hampers.
Manage hamper concepting, sourcing, production, personalisation, and international delivery.
Build a reliable supplier network and processes for consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
