Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Bring solid customer service and client-facing experience.
- Have previous experience in fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients.
- Have experience managing implementations or implementation projects.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills in client-facing environments; English level C1 – Advanced.
- Have strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Be able to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability throughout project processes.
- Have experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Have experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Have knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects for Credit Union clients.
- Coordinate teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.
