Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on technology or software development projects.
- Have experience working with development, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholder teams.
- Know technology project management and requirements gathering.
- Have experience coordinating projects end to end.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have advanced conversational and written English.
- Have a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Know software project management and functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Have experience tracking project KPIs and metrics.
- Know Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Be familiar with software development systems and processes.
- Be familiar with collaboration and project management tools; Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Asana, Monday, Slack, and Microsoft Teams are listed as desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate communication among clients, users, and technical teams.
- Define work plans and priorities, and track project activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage risks, blockers, and conflict resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project status and report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure software products are properly validated and released.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and digital products.
- Coordinate training and functional support for users when needed.
