Requirements
- Experience delivering complex ERP, digital or business transformation programmes.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills gained within complex organisational environments.
- Expertise in at least one delivery discipline such as Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO, Testing or Change Management.
- Ability to work across multiple delivery disciplines and adapt to client needs.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and programme delivery activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of complex ERP, digital and transformation programmes for a range of clients.
- Lead or contribute to workstreams across project delivery, business analysis, PMO, testing, change and transformation activities.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a valued delivery partner.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and collaborative design sessions.
- Translate business needs and strategic objectives into practical plans and deliverable outcomes.
- Coordinate activity across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and help programmes navigate challenges effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help clients realise long-term benefits from transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to extend client value and support business growth.
