Requirements
- Experienced and qualified lawyer.
- Extensive experience in legal practice, preferably in labor and employment law.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead complex legal projects.
- Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior legal professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to learn and master internal tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and ZenDesk.
- Creative legal thinker capable of developing innovative solutions.
- Eager to learn about diverse legal systems and global employment laws.
- Experience in tech-scaleup or HR-tech environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Onboarding, and Lifecycle teams to provide strategic legal advice.
- Develop and maintain template contracts, playbooks, and standard operating procedures with a focus on EOR products.
- Conduct in-depth legal research regarding new products and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Mentor, train, and support junior legal team members to foster a growth-oriented environment.
- Manage relationships with Local Counsel and oversee litigation and collections matters.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions for legal processes and efficiency projects using AI.
