Requirements

- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with experience developing and executing client visions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong accountability and sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key strategic and large client accounts.
- Own the delivery of the mental health benefits platform, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, engineering, and clinical to provide customized client solutions.
- Develop and execute client-specific mental health benefits programs using strategic consulting frameworks.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, conduct check-ins, and resolve issues proactively.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive program adoption and inform product roadmap improvements.
- Enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategy.
