Responsibilities
- Participate in regular live training and team collaboration.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media.
- Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
- Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities.
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom and email.
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment.
- Onboard, mentor, coach and support team members as they begin their development journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications and administrative processes.
- Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
