Job Details

5+ years of professional experience shipping production software end-to-end.
Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.
Demonstrated track record of owning delivery and accountability for shipped, adopted software.
Full-stack engineering capability spanning data, services, user interfaces, and infrastructure.
Hands-on infrastructure ownership including deployment on major cloud providers.
Working knowledge of containers, infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD, and production monitoring.
Direct experience working with external clients, including scoping and relationship management.
Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows.
Strong product judgment with the ability to define scope and prioritize releases.
Excellent written communication skills for documentation and client-facing updates.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with GP clients including CFOs, COOs, and deal teams to identify workflows for custom AI agent integration.
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, scope, and technical acceptance criteria.
Manage the full solution lifecycle from prototype and client validation through to production deployment.
Design and implement agentic systems, including retrieval design, tool integration, orchestration, and evaluation harnesses.
Operate independently on client-edge solutions while partnering with core platform and product engineering teams.
Ensure system reliability, security, and maintainability while making engineering trade-offs under client commitments.
Own post-launch adoption, provide user training, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
