Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.
- Full-stack engineering capability spanning data, services, user interfaces, and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of major cloud providers, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
- Ability to independently deploy and debug own work.
- Comfort working directly with external clients or customers in a high-stakes environment.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous needs into actionable requirements.
- Strong product judgment, including scoping and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and client updates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GP clients like CFOs and COOs to identify workflows where AI agents provide leverage.
- Support discovery and translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the full lifecycle of components, from prototype and client validation through to production deployment.
- Design and build agentic systems, including retrieval design, tool/MCP integration, orchestration, and evaluation harnesses.
- Partner with core platform and product engineering teams on integrations.
- Operate deployed solutions, providing post-launch support and iterating based on real user feedback.
- Produce documentation and support user training to drive adoption.
