Job Details

8+ years of experience building and operating production platform infrastructure.
Hands-on expertise operating production Kubernetes (EKS preferred) end-to-end.
Proven experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform at scale.
Track record of building CI/CD systems with a focus on artifact immutability.
Experience running self-hosted GitHub Actions runners at scale.
Deep technical knowledge of AWS services (IAM, VPC, Secrets Manager, managed compute).
Experience using Helm at scale for shared chart libraries and templating.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, or C#/.NET) and shell scripting.
Experience implementing observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Practical security experience in a regulated or security-sensitive environment.
Familiarity with data workload support on Kubernetes (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
Strong communication skills with a track record of writing effective documentation.

Design and maintain a Terraform monorepo across dev, QA, staging, and production environments.
Operate EKS clusters end-to-end, including node lifecycle, autoscaling, ingress, and secrets management.
Build and maintain push-based CI/CD pipelines on self-hosted GitHub Actions runners.
Develop shared Helm chart libraries to provide golden paths for application deployment.
Establish security and compliance controls, including least-privilege IAM and network isolation.
Implement observability frameworks for structured logging, metrics, and tracing.
Manage cloud costs through effective resource tagging, allocation, and right-sizing.
Define platform conventions and mentor engineers to ensure sustainable growth.
