Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent college-level education.
- Proven ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience writing SQL queries.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the patience to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for working across departments.
- Ability to adapt and learn new concepts and workflows quickly.
- Familiarity with APIs (Preferred).
- Basic experience writing scripts to iterate tasks or manipulate data (Preferred).
- Proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, and/or German (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve diverse client issues across the Yext Publisher Network.
- Serve as a primary client-facing and publisher-facing representative for Yext.
- Manage and prioritize multiple inbound requests to meet or exceed SLAs.
- Use SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to audit accounts and resolve issues at scale.
- Synchronize with Engineering and Product teams to scope, test, and implement new features.
- Maintain category taxonomy and handle mapping for new partners.
- Manage outsourced team operations, including daily checks and escalation support.
- Deliver product feedback to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
